The problem unfortunatelly is, like in Black Woman white country already said, and we make this experience every day in the news, that politicians do not dare to make certain statements, because they do not dare to attack someone. They try to stay diplomatic and due to this, there is no chance for a change. Africa needs someone like Hugo Chavez, Africa had someone like Hugo Chavez, his name was Gaddhafi but he was not, like Chavez, what the Western Alliance wanted. So he had to go, but noone dared to attack Hugo. Hopefully there will be another man like him in South America, and many like him in Africa soon as the new generation needs to feel the need for some new way. German Foreign Minister wishes a change in Venezuela now, away from Hugos way, and this is what the West wants, a controllable Africa, and in this means, they do not dare to attack their allied such as those guys who run the (religious) systems in Africa… they better remind the womens rights in a small cup instead of demanding the complete bowl in all details. They are afraid of Islamist attacks when they demand to much, because politicians are cowards. Thats why NGO incl. the Desert Flower Foundation are so important, because they do not have to fear elections and wrong diplomacy. Carry on!
