Rotary Club Heidenheim School
The net proceeds from a memorable event on Mother's Day in 2019 were used to realise the Rotary Club Heidenheim School in Tombo, a fishing village in Sierra Leone.
Thanks to this great support from the Rotarians, it was possible to build another school for a total of 400 children.

Like all other Desert Flower school sites in Sierra Leone, the community in Tombo had to commit to ending the horrific ritual of female genital mutilation (FGM) once and for all.
